Survey Analysis
I had to use my fair trade survey to create a spread sheet document to analyse the results and produce relevant charts. I tried to make my spread sheet well laid out and easy to read by making sure that the words had enough room on their column. On the relevant questions, I made it so you can only enter certain data, meaning that you don't have to type in new data every time it is edited. Also, it means no incorrect data can be added. I used the COUNTIF formula to count the results, so they don't have to be typed in by hand. I used a 'key' so that large words don't have to be typed fully, but using abbreviations. My charts use data that would be useful to people promoting fair trade e.g. 'where did you hear about fair trade'. I finished by protecting my document so nobody can edit it without the password, which only I know. Please click on the link below and press 'open' to view the document. It can be viewed with Microsoft Excel.
